Vercator is a ground-breaking new solution which utilises a novel approach to processing point cloud data by utilising natural features in the environment to register data sets. This eliminates the need to place targets, which saves valuable time at the scanning set up stage and reduces the likelihood of mis-registering similar targets, minimising the risk of alignment errors.

The new Vercator technique promises to improve the productivity of those making and using the results of these scans: as well as surveyors, this includes architects, construction engineers and asset managers for example.
